- Getting Ready to Play
How long can we play for?
We offer flexible 1-hour and 2-hour play sessions! Choose the playtime that works best for your family's schedule and let the adventure begin.
What ages is Apple Town suitable for?
Apple Town is the perfect destination for children between the ages of 2 and 12 years old. Our playground is specially designed to provide a safe and exciting environment tailored exactly to this age group's energy and curiosity!
What should the kids wear?
Comfy clothes are best, so we recommend long sleeves and trousers or leggings. For everyone's safety and hygiene, special antislip socks are required to play. You can conveniently purchase your antislip socks directly at the arena when you arrive.
Is parking easy to find?
You bet! There is convenient pay and display parking available right on the streets, or you can take advantage of the free parking at the nearby ASDA. It is just 30 seconds from our door!
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, absolutely! Wheelchair access is fully available. For your convenience, accessible entry and parking can also be found right nearby at the ASDA and Sainsbury's.
- Safety & Registration
Why do customers need to register at Apple Town?
We take your little ones' safety super seriously! Our registration system makes sure children only leave with the adults they arrived with. You can save time by pre registering online before your visit.
Why do I need to share my details?
It is all about keeping your kids safe! Your information helps us carefully manage our secure entry and exit gates properly so everyone can have a worry free time.
Who watches the children?
Parents and guardians are in charge of supervising their children during the visit. To ensure a safe environment, one adult over the age of 18 must stay in the centre at all times.
- Food & Facilities
Can we bring our own food?
No, we cannot allow outside food and drink for allergy prevention reasons. Our yummy cafe has treats for everyone! We do make an exception for baby food for children under one. If you or your child has severe allergies, please contact us in advance.
What happens to lost items?
We keep forgotten treasures at reception for one month. Valuable items get extra safety in our secure safe, so do not worry if you leave something behind.
When is the drop slide open?
Our drop slide is open for thrills on weekends and during school holidays!

Why do adults need to pay too?
We are all about family fun! Most of our amazing play areas are perfect for grown ups to join in the adventure. Plus, it helps us maintain a comfortable and not too crowded environment for everyone to enjoy!
Can we take photos?
To respect the privacy of all our guests, you can take photos in private party areas only.
Are pets allowed inside?
As much as we love animals, for the health, safety, and hygiene of all our little explorers, pets are not permitted inside Apple Town.
